Baked Oatmeal

Kid-Friendly Baked Oatmeal

November 16, 20241 min read

A New Family Favorite...right here!

Want to increase your kiddos fiber and protein intake? This tasty breakfast treat will be a family favorite for sure.

BONUS: It literally takes 5 minutes to whip up and you can throw it all into 1 bowl. I love quick recipes with minimal dishes! It doesn't get better than that.

Well, if someone washed the dishes after...that would make it better yet. Haha. #momlife

Baked Oatmeal

Let's get to the details...

Ingredients:

1/2 cup - Brown Sugar

3 cups - Oatmeal

2 tsp - Baking Powder

1 tsp - Salt

*Mix together dry ingredients

2 - Eggs

1 cup - Milk

1/2 cup - Oil (or Applesauce)

*Optional: 1/2 chocolate chips, blueberries or anything else you'd like to add.

Kid Friendly Treats

Cooking Time:

Fits 8 x 8 pan and bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes.

It's done when the top is golden brown and the edges are starting to brown. This quick dish works fabulous for breakfast or a lighter lunch. You can also use this mixture for baked oatmeal cups. For that, just divide equally between your muffin pan and then a bit less baking time.

Done Deal.
